20-minute medicine ball workout at home | Full body

The Fitbee medicine ball 20-minute full body workout at home is perfect to get in your daily dose of exercise and improve your functional fitness. For the more challenging workouts, modifications have been provided. #kidslearning #kidsfitness

Do 4-5 rounds with a 60 second break in between to see the best results.

1. Push ups – 10 repetitions (modification – knees on the floor)
2. High knees – 30 seconds (modification – go slow)
3. Russian twists – 30 seconds (modification – heels on the floor)
4. Squat + pass – 15 repetitions
5. Toe taps – 30 seconds
