They are healthy, yummy and give you that mid-day energy boost you need. They are all 28 Day Reset approved with vegan options, which I know you guys asked for on the last video. #1. BLT Sandwiches
1 sweet potato
3-4 slices of bacon
1. Skin and slice sweet potato into thick sandwich pieces.
2. Bake with coconut oil for 10 min at 400 degrees F.
3. Top with mustard, bacon, lettuce leaves, and tomatoes.
#2. Vegan Tacos
1/3 c salsa
2tbsp lime juice
