This week’s functional fat burning workout is a 5 minute – 40 seconds of work 10 seconds recovery for 6 exercises = 5 minutes
As mentioned at the end of this video/workout, you can rest 1-2 minutes and repeat 2-3 times more, so that you have the option if you wanted a longer workout but IF you are new to exercise or just stuck for time then these 5 minute functional fat burners will do the job!
