– 10 x Kettlebell Burpees (20kg for a male 10kg for a female)
– 10 x Dumbbell Manmakers (15kg for a male 7.5kg for a female)
– 10 x Medicine Ball Smash (10kg for a male 5kg for a female)
– 10 x Lunges (15kg for a male 7.5kg for a female)
