These Steaks taste amazing when they have had 6 hours in the slow cooker, the mint sauce infuses into the flavour of the lamb along with the Rosemary and the Garlic.
TIPS FOR THIS RECIPE
– If the mint sauce is a bit acidic you can add a tablespoon of brown sugar.
– Replace the mint sauce with some fresh mint.
– Use thick cut lamb steaks, this will stop them from drying out too much
