This full-body workout from The Functional Shred is going to light you up! Grab some dumbbells and get to work! Full workout is written below

WARM UP:

Perform the prescribed reps for each exercise back to back with as little rest as possible in between exercises. Do 2 sets with no rest in between sets

– Walkout Push Ups x 10
– Jump Squats x 10
– Hollow Body Hold x 45 seconds

WORKOUT:

Perform each exercise for 50 seconds resting 10 seconds in between exercises. Rest 1-2 minutes between sets. Do 4 sets
