1 piece ginger, peeled and crushed
4 cloves garlic crushed
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce or 4 tablespoons sugar
make up the marinade and pour over the meat, refrigerate overnight up to 4 days.
Meat: 1 rack of lamb, cut into chops or lamb chops work too (they just need to cook a bit longer).
Other ideas for meat: Korean sliced short ribs, thinly sliced chicken, pork or beef.
