Fat and Weight Loss Cardio Workout



This is a 2003 VHS videotape release titled “The Exerciting Fat and Weight Loss Cardio Workout featuring Lynn Brick.” Brick, the instructor, introduces the 30-minute workout by saying, “The purpose of this workout is to elevate your heart rate, so you can burn calories and fat with moves that are fun and easy to do.” Brick describes herself as “owner of a chain of health clubs and I travel worldwide to teach fitness teachers and trainers.”
