Hey guys and girls! Welcome back to another workout to do while you’re quarantined at home, all you’ll need is a small towel for 2 of the exercises and your body weight, that’s it, that’s all!

Warm up – repeat twice
Superset of 2 exercises per station, repeat each station twice (with us!)
When all is done, repeat the circuit as many times as you can with little to no breaks.
End with our glute and core finisher. You can also repeat this twice if you have it in you.
Lastly finish with a nice stretch of your choice.
