Workout: Kettlebell Full body

Circuit A (perform 3 rounds, 60 sec rest between rounds)
10 Squat to upright row
10 Single-arm swings
10 Bent-over rows
30 sec Mountain Climbers

Circuit B (perform 3 rounds, 60 sec rest between rounds)
10 Side Lunge (5 per side)
10 Skaters (5 per side)
10 Delt/Piked Push-ups
20 sec side plank (per side)
