Functional Fitness: Truck Push with Chain Pull Workout

Sometimes the best workouts do not take place in a gym. It’s all about getting creative, like pushing this Tundra 60 yards with a tow chain attached…and then pulling it back 20 feet. Four sets worked nicely, feel free to modify as you see fit. Preparedness is not only about having lots of cool gear and toys but making sure your body is ready to face various challenges as well.

This was my first set, the 4th one was noticeably harder as I was fatigued and it required every ounce of strength to complete. FWIW I’m 38 years old, still haven’t given up although many guys my age have.
