The foundation of our men’s programs are solid strength progressions and hypertrophy work to build a great physique. The way the programs differ is the overarching goal of the program. In the Functional program our goal is to challenge your movement and work capacity while still getting you strong and muscular in the process. This particular training day started with a modified German Volume Training style superset and finished with a functional conditioning workout that will challenge your mobility, stability, and work capacity.
