We’ve put together a series of three Workout of the Week (WoW) videos that give you ready-to-go workouts to deliver to members in preparation for obstacle races.
When combined with some running, these workouts will develop cardio, strength, agility and power to help people prepare for the challenge ahead.
There are four exercises per round, with a schedule like this:
30 seconds on each exercise.
A quick transition between each exercise.
60 seconds of rest after each round.
Choose how many rounds to complete depending on fitness levels.
