Functional Training: Barbell Complex Workout of the Week



Our Head Trainer Tommy Matthews and Andy Phillips take you through a barbell complex. This series of exercises will raise your heart rate, but make sure you pick the correct weight to get through the exercises.

You have 1 minute to do all of the exercises, once you have completed the exercises, rest for the remaining time of the 1 minute, then start again.

The exercises are;
Deadlift
High pull
Full clean
Squat and press
Push press
Bent over row
