Functional Training: Developing Strength and Power at IHRSA 2015 Workout of the Week



Tommy Matthews and Ritchie Januszek bring you this raw Workout of the Week to develop strength and power and really work the upper and lower body.

This workout uses the brand new Octagon WOD BOX, which is excellent for those who are serious about cross training and developing all round functional strength with exercises to challenge both the upper and lower body.

Exercises;
Set 1 – Perform this for four rounds
• 5 back squats
• 60 second rest
• 5 box jumps
• 60 second rest.

Set 2 – Perform this for four rounds
• 5 push press
• 60 second rest
• 5 chest throws
• 60 second rest
