This is a program of functional training with no equipment for a full body workout which can be also done by beginners.
This workout can be done at home and includes 30 seconds of exercise and 15 seconds rest between each exercise.There are three rounds. Each round has 4 exercises. In the end of each round rest for 45 seconds.
This is a full length video which means you can just follow along with whatever i am doing. If you need extra rest, just pause the video.
