Functional Training: Upper Body and Core Workout of the Week

This Workout of the Week comes from guest WOW presenters Paul Chipp and Laura Carroll. They take us through a Core Momentum Trainer workout to open up the shoulders, chest and back, ideal for improving performance in sports like tennis and golf.

The exercises;
The throw
Reverse fly
Back swing – golf
Fore swing – golf
Forehand – tennis
Backhand – tennis

15 seconds on each exercise or 30 seconds if its a two-sided move.
