Functional Training: Upper Body HTS Workout of the Week

As part of our #WorkoutWednesday, Andy joins Tommy for this week’s Workout of the Week. It’s a workout on the Octagon Hub Training System (HTS), programmed to be complete in 20 minutes – ideal to introduce to your members during their lunchtimes. Lack of time is no longer an excuse!

Session structure
As a trainer or coach you may have to practice this to understand where time lapses and changeovers linger, but with some fine tweaks, you will soon be running quick-fire, effective interval sessions. By using the following timings, you can complete this workout in 20 minutes:

Warm up – 3 minutes
Session demo – 2 minutes
Workout component – 13 minutes
