Today I’ll be talking about the differences in training gymnastic rings and calisthenics vs. weight training at the gym. I personally believe both methods represent great ways to develop strength. I specifically went into comparing calisthenics with powerlifting, and not bodybuilding, because bodybuilding is a whole other level of skill sets.
