Circuit 3:
10 Lunges

10 Jump Squats
10 Second Wall Sit
Circuit 4:
1 Jump Squat
1 Second Pause
up to 4 reps back down to 1 Rep
= 1 Set
Final Circuit:
50 Second Air Squat
10 Second Pause
5 Minutes Straight
