Items Needed:
– Blender or Food Processor for bread crumbs
– Baking Sheet or Pan
– Tin Foil
– Olive Oil or Olive Oil Spray for coating the tinfoil and/or pan
– 3 Bowls for Mixing

Foods Needed:
1.5 lbs. of Chicken Breasts ( Cut Into Cubes )
4 Egg Whites
4 Slices of Ezekiel Bread ( Toasted ) (for bread crumbs) 0:40
3-4 Tbsp. Chicken Flavor Mrs. Dash

1. Start by making the bread crumbs with 4 slices of Ezekiel bread – Use blender or food processor. 0:40
