This workout is a great Leg at home workout for your Quadriceps, Hamstrings, Gluteus Maximus and Calves. No equipment or weights needed.

SHOULDER WIDTH Squats:
Beginner: 2 sets of 3-5
Intermediate: 2 sets of 10-15
Advanced: 2 sets of 15-20

WIDE Squats: (Feet Wide Toes pointing away from body)
Beginner: 2 sets of 3-5
Intermediate: 2 sets of 10-15
Advanced: 2 sets of 15-20

SUMO Squats: (Feet really wide apart)
Beginner: 2 sets of 3-5
Intermediate: 2 sets of 10-15
Advanced: 2 sets of 15-20

NARROW Squats: (Feet close together)
Beginner: 2 sets of 3-5
Intermediate: 2 sets of 10-15
Advanced: 2 sets of 15-20
