This lamb masala curry is delicious in its own right but it is also very versatile. You can use the curry to make many other different curries. From lamb saag to lamb channa curry, this is a good one to have on hand. I usually double or even triple this recipe and then freeze what I don’t use. In future videos I’ll demonstrate just how easily this lamb masala can be adapted to make completely different curries. I made this in about 90 minutes but the flavour get even better if you let it cook longer.
