This Healthy Instant Pot Chicken and Potato soup is SO easy to make!
Just a note…. if your chicken isn’t frozen you can set your IP on the Meat/Stew setting for 20 minutes instead of 25!
If you are making this in the slow cooker, put everything in, put the lid on, and cook on low for 6-8 hours. – Shred chicken when done and serve!
