Interval Weight Training Circuit from Summer Sizzle



Today we go over a conditioning circuit from the Summer Sizzle called IWT. Interval Weight Training is a great way to step off the treadmill and do something a little more athletic, functional, and fun.

(1:14) Snatches, 600 Meter Row, Box Jumps, Kettlebell Swings
(3:11) Sumo Deadlifts, 400 Meter Run
(4:29) Strict Pull Ups, Dips, Goblet Squats, Sit Ups
