In this video I go through a workout using goblet squats, bent presses and swings. I talk about how you breathe and brace your abs can build a super strong core. I also go over cardio with kettlebells.
My plan is to show you all how I approach fitness. We have talked about the tools I use, some of the exercises and gone through a couple training sessions. I am planning one more session for the week and will record the stats so you can see it comparison to the rest of the week.
