Ingredients: Lamb meat 500g, carrots 2pcs, green peas 1 cup, garlic 4cloves, potato 2 pcs, bell pepper 2pcs., bay leaves 4pcs, avocado oil 4 tbs, black pepper 1 tsp, mushroom seasoning 1 tsp or msg, fish sauce 1 tbs, tomato paste 2 tbps, tomato sauce 1/2 cup,pumpkin seeds 1/4 cup or liver spread, 4 cups water ,,salt to taste,,sugar 1tsp,cheese
