Lamb with Broccoli Recipe

Ingredients:

Broccoli
Lamb meat (chopped thinly)
Olive oil
Garlic
Thyme
Dried rosemary
Turmeric
Salt and pepper
Sesame seeds (roasted and optional)

1. Sauté the lamb meat with all the dry ingredients on a medium heat pan, add salt and pepper to taste

2. Let it cook with the lid on for about 5 minutes or until the meat gets tender (not over cooked)

3. Slowly add the broccoli and mix it gently cook for another 2 minutes

4. Garnish with roasted sesame seeds before serving.
