This is a class to motivate you to do a weight loss/ fat loss based workout, it involved doing a whole body approach, functional based body weight workout only in this particular session, if your new to the HIIT style of training and you have any medical conditions please consent with your G.P/ professional/ Doctor to make sure you are able to cope with this style of exercise.

There will be a warm up/ mobility phase, a main HIIT aerobic and anaerobic section and a cool down/ stretch section to finish.
