I’m sharing with you another quick, easy and healthy recipe for meal prep. This time I’ll show you how I make Sheet Pan Chicken and Veggies.
This is a super fast and simple recipe, you can modify the veggies and seasoning to make different meals. If I feel like adding carbs I’ll serve it with Trader Joe’s White Jasmin Rice and that’s it, dinner or lunch is served!
-2 Chicken Breasts 606gr.
-Carrots 285 gr.
– 1/2 Cauliflower Head 420 gr.
