Loaded waffles:
– 1 cup wholewheat spelt flour
– 1 scoop vivolife vanilla protein powder
– 1 TBSP ground flax
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 1 & 1/2 cups of almond milk (use rice or oat milk if you like it extra sweet)
– top with coconut or soy yogurt, banana, frozen bloobs & almond butter
– Apple to face
