NO EQUIPMENT REQUIRED FOR THIS AT HOME BODY WEIGHT WORKOUT



This is part 2 of the at home body weight workout. Complete all of the exercises below for the full set. Aim to do 3-5 sets. If you want to challenge yourself, don’t take any breaks between sets and do full 5 sets.
The workout:
30 seconds work, 30 seconds rest with 5 sit-ups
Jumprope or run in place
Jump Squats
Plank Jacks
Cossacks Squats
Side to Side Push-Ups
V-Sit Kickouts
Burpees
Wall Sit
L-Push Ups
Candlesticks
Straight Punches
