NO GYM | NO EQUIPMENT | Strength Training For Runners

You don’t need to go to the gym for strength training. To work out at home without traditional equipment such as dumbbells or barbells, use body-weight exercises to get strong. All the mentioned exercises work one or more of your muscle groups, which improves your functional strength while also increasing your metabolism. By improving your functional strength, you’ll have a greater ability to improve your running as well the ability to perform daily activities.

In this video I have performed and demonstrated all the exercises one by one. You have to follow the instructions given in the beginning of the video and perform these exercises at home. without any sort of equipment.
