Outdoor Workout with Gray Cook Resistance Band – Functional Training

It’s the hottest summer week in Pasadena. After my Mt. Whitney altitude sickness experience, I’m determined to train for future adventure. According to recent research, human body gets the same benefits training in heat and high elevation. I am determined to workout outdoor everyday in 90+ degree. Today is the Cooks Band and Resistance Band workout. They are easy to carry and versatile in functionality. Workout Program: Warm up – Stair walk up and down. Strength – directional lunges, chest press, band bicep curl + tricep extension, back row, horizontal core chop, alternate archery press, resistant band side + diagonal walk, squat. Final – signature Fensation kisses!
