Ingredients:
✖️1 cup bulgur
✖️Parsley (finely chopped)
✖️Kale (finely chopped)
✖️1/3 cup cashews
✖️1/2 red pomegranate (seeded)
✖️1/2 red onion (finely chopped)
✖️1/2 tbs of fresh jalapeño (minced)
-dressing:
✖️1 lemon (juiced)
✖️1 tsp coriander
✖️1/4 tsp salt
✖️1/4 tsp paprika
Directions:
1. Prepare the veggies and dressing
2. Combine everything together until well combined
