Pilates and Balance! Functional Training #13

Wellness Studio M presents Functional Training Workout #13 with trainer Maria. This is a total body Functional Training workout focusing on the core and balance. This workout doesn’t include any equipment and can be easily done at home or outdoors. Please note any of these exercises can be modified. If you need modifications, leave us a comment below! Remember, it’s very important to warm-up before each training session!

This workout consists of 8 exercises:

1. Arm Side Reach Over
2. Roll on Toes & Back on Heels
3. Single Leg Balance
4. Inchworm to Walk-Out
5. Superwoman to Push to Plank
6. Side Plank & Reach Under
7. Down Dog w/ Knee In
8. Boat
