Here is a full-body workout that I did on Instagram and Facebook live.
This is a Pyramid workout where I’ve taken 2 exercises working 2 different bodyparts and the format is :
1 rep of each exercise back to back then
2 reps of each exercise back to back then
3 reps of each exercise back to back
you keep increasing the reps until you do 10 reps of each exercise back to back.
The combination of exercises are:
1. Squat and Pushup
2. Tabletop Hip Thrust and All Fours Hover Jacks
3. Invisible Ball Slams and Chair Triceps Dips
4. Modified Burpees and Jack-knife
