SLEDGE HAMMER WORKOUT “Functional Training for Weight Loss and Strength”

1.Perform sledge hammer tire slams for 30 seconds.
2. Complete burpee tire flips for the remaining 30 seconds.
3. Rest for 1 minute between sets. Complete 10 sets!
