This workout is a strength training workout using dumbbells, a mat, and body weight. This is a full body pump class alternating between lower and upper body muscles and then combining them together. If you don’t have dumbbells, find things around your house that you can lift such as laundry detergent or cans to resemble handweights. Use different sizes of weights if you have them for different muscle groups. It is your responsibility to be safe. Wear proper footwear, clear your space, and lift weights that are safe for your level of fitness.
