It’s my breakfast tutorial preparing Syrian breakfast mostly composed of vegetarian foods, broad beans is a famous dish in Syria called Foul medammas, mainly consists of well cooked broad beans, tomatoes, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil.

In my video I made Foul medammas in two ways, and prepared a complete delicious breakfast with black and green olives, white cheese, Zait and Za’atar.
