In this follow along weight training circuit we’ll be using some of the best weight training exercises at home you can do with just a few sets of dumbbells.
This is an upper and lower body strength training circuit specifically designed for women who want to sculpt and strengthen their entire bodies at home.
To complete upper and lower body weight training circuit you’ll perform 2 rounds of each of the 4 circuits, working for 12 repetitions on each movement with a 10 second rest between moves and a 30 second rest between circuits.
