Roast lamb recipe


• Lamb shoulder
• Garlic paste
• Rosemary sprigs
• Your choice of vegetables (pumpkin, sweet potato, carrots all work well)


• Spray the camp oven with cooking oil and place the lamb roast inside
• Cut small incisions into the roast and place some garlic and rosemary into the incisions
• Add a pinch of salt and pepper
• Place the oven in the fire for approximately 45 minutes
• Chop up some vegetables of your choice and place them in the camp oven
• Leave to cook for another 10-15 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked to your liking
• Remove the roast and leave to rest, then serve
