I am doing this video to help others get encouraged to lose weight & to also give myself accountability.

Concentrate on form.Watch yourself workout, it will help you. If you want you can post them as a reply! It is hard to do this & keep going strong throughout the whole workout, but you have to keep going. Keep trying. You will see the results.

I did 4 sets of each which is horrible but, then again is a lot better than last time when I did only three & I couldn’t do the whole six each time. I did 5 then 6 then 5 again. This time I did all 6 each set!…
