Weight Training For Karate



This video shows a weight training routine for karate which has been developed by Brian Crighton of Kyokushin Scotland after over 25 years experience studying Kyokushin Karate and the use of weights. It will develop power in punches and kicks, build muscle endurance and also work the heart. It is important to remember it is a routine for Martial Artists to develop power and not a routine for body builders who do karate.
