1 whole lamb 10kg
1/2 cup of salt or as you desire
1/2 cup of red chilli powder or as you desire
1/2 cup cumin powder
1/2 cup paprika powder
1/3 cup coriander powder
2 tbsp ajwain powder
1/3 cup garlic paste
1/3 cup ginger paste
2-3 cups of white vinegar
Mix ginger, garlic and all the spices with vinegar, pierce the whole lamb with a knife and rub the mixture very well inside and out and marinate for 24 to 72 hours.
Now prepare the charcoal, put them on fire, let the heat reduce and cook the lamb on slow heat for couple of hours as I showed in the video and enjoy.
