WORKOUT ROUTINE #1- BASIC FUNCTIONAL TRAINING | MOSELA



I am starting session with personal trainer this month. Actually, I had my personal trainer session since January 2019 up to March 2019. Then, I just continue with self training, joining classes, and cross training. And then, came the holiday on June!! Eat, eat, eat, and very less of training and exercise 😬😬 – and belly fat getting fatter.

So, let’s start again!!

Traning….training….training…. let’s get personal training session again and hopefully this will help me getting slimmer and healthier.
