What is up Alphas! today I am going to show you the ultimate full body workout that only requires a plate. Keep in mind I am using a 45 poung plate but don’t let your ego get in the way! Use weight that is right for your body becasue it is very easy to destroy those rotator cuffs!
Enjoy the workout and be sure to implement the next time your at the gym. Try and bust out 3 sets for starters!
