yThrive FLEX 10: Stronger Legs Using Body Weight Movements



Welcome to YThrive Home. Join us for a 25 minute workout designed to increase leg strength. This workout can be done with body weight only or you can add weights to all of the movement to increase difficulty. To add weight use dumbbells, a backpack or sturdy bags with some weight added to them.
